All our packing materials are recycled.  This includes the boxes, bubble pack,  packing paper  & minimal if any,  foam peanuts. With our rain forest climate here in B.C. we always make sure to protect the address stickers on all our packages for post.    

When you order through our shopping cart, the following shipping charges in Canadian dollars will apply:


Purchase $ 0.01-$19.99, the shipping charges will be -$8.95.

Purchase $20.00-$29.99, the shipping charges will be- $9.95.

Purchase $30.00-$39.99, the shipping charges will be $10.95.

Purchase $40.00-$49.99, the shipping charges will be $11.95.

Purchase $50.00-$99.99, the shipping charges will be $13.95.
 

In Canada, all order over $100.00 ship FREE!

In order to qualify for free shipping on orders over $100.00 you must email your order to us or the shopping cart will automatically charge shipping, sorry we cannot change this.

Delivery Standards: Expedited Parcel delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centers. Please note some rural areas of Eastern Canada may experience a longer ship time. Generally delivery times are 1 day within the Southern Interior of BC, 2 days to Vancouver, the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, the Sunshine Coast, many points on Vancouver Island and major centers in Alberta, 3 days to Saskatchewan, 5 days to major centers in Ontario and Quebec.

Sisters Making Scents website uses the paypal shopping cart in Canadian currency, paypal is a secure way of making payment on the Internet. If you are not a member of paypal our shopping cart can still except payment using most major credit cards please read information below. If you would like to use another form of payment please contact us by email to place an order and make arrangement for payment.

No problem, we choose to use the paypal shopping cart so that you can shop in Canadian dollars, but you do not have to be a member of paypal to make a payment.  Use any of the cards listed above. Exchanges & Returns

At Sisters Making Scents, we are completely confident that you will be over the moon in love with our Products as soon as you get them.  If however you decide that something you've ordered is not right, feel free to contact us. 

Exchanges: 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Sisters purchases. However due to the nature of our products, being made for skin and body and for the protection of all our customers, we cannot re-sell products that have left our care as it  would be difficult to know if our products had been tampered with.  Of course if the mistake is ours and we have sent the wrong product we will be happy to exchange the item at our cost including shipping charges.

Qualified refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made
i.e. Visa payments will be refunded directly to your Visa, or bank account from Paypal
